Description
APMG Agile Project Management – Foundation + Practitioner
This five-day accredited course provides participants with an in-depth grasp of the DSDM Agile Project Management framework. It comprises a Foundation-level introduction to the framework as well as a thorough learning of how a project manager can apply Agile at the Practitioner-level – these enable success for both examinations associated with the course.
The course, facilitated by our skilled trainers, who possess practical application of the methodology, includes examination coaching and practice using sample questions from prior examinations.
Do note though that this course does not cover the Scrum Framework.
Delegates should be prepared to set aside time to revise for the Foundation and Practitioner examinations, in the evenings after the course lecture finishes. This includes studying the course Handbook and working through sample examination questions.
Target Audience
This combined course is targeted at those who expect to have a management or leadership role in an Agile project and is specifically built to support anyone who needs to apply the DSDM Project Management framework in a business environment. Delegates are expected to have experience of team leading, project management, or project assurance/support.
As one delegate said, “The course has really helped me. With so many projects failing to complete on time or budget, it’s good to look at things a different way and see scope as a moveable feast.”
