MakeWay Global is an international management consultancy, human capital development and coaching organisation. We are primarily involved in the effective management of change with organisations, with a focus for Africa and Eastern Europe.

As part of our management consulting services, we help our clients to identify a value-added route to manage the change within their respective organisations based on the specific focus for them. This helps to arrange the relevant training sessions for them.

Our globally recognised business change training courses are formally accredited by the relevant ‘owner’ institutional bodies. Some of these include the following:

  • Lean Six Sigma (accredited by the International Lean Six Sigma Institute)
  • Agile Project Management (accredited by the APMG Group)
  • PRINCE2 (accredited by AXELOS/Peoplecert)
  • Business Analysis (accredited by the BCS)
  • Cyber Security (accredited by varied certifying bodies in relation to the variety of courses available)

With respect to the implementation of some of the change management models that we teach, we support our clients with coaching after the delegates have attended our training and development workshop sessions, in order to demonstrate the use of the respective methodologies; thus, providing value for money spent on training. For example; we provide one-to-one guidance for Lean Six Sigma improvement projects with measurable benefits.

MakeWay Global conducts training in the technical (hard) skills as well as the business (soft) skills. We believe that although the technical skills can get one noticed and recruited, the soft skills are essential in keeping one on the radar (or in the job).

So, our leadership and management courses, effective communication as well as various other soft skills help to make the technical training effectual.

There are also the industry-specific specialist courses that are designed of which some are to strengthen the technical ability of the participants and others focus on soft areas. For example, we have specific and customised training directed towards bank executives and employees, insurance companies, agricultural organisations, protocol management etc.

Your confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Review it for accuracy and bring it with you to the training venue. Your confirmation verifies your course registration. Seating is limited. Refreshments and training resource kits are included in training fees.

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
