Overview
Welcome to unit DIP 001 Introduction to Quality (Diploma in Quality Leadership). Please read this carefully.
The 9 units in this course are tutor supported and are externally examined. All units are tested by the submission of a 4,500 word assignment.
After reading this note, before doing anything else, please go to the tab below entitled ‘Additional
References’. This file contains all of the essential information and forms that you will need. Please read the assignment brief for that unit very carefully.
The first 5 assignments are based on the content of each of the Quality Fundamentals units which is a separate product. If you are doing the Diploma, only read the QF unit relevant to that unit, in other words, if you are working on DIP 001 then only read TQ 001 and read it alongside your work on the assignment.
Students will be provided with a purpose made ring binder large enough to contain all units.

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
