Overview
Welcome to unit DIP 003 The Role of Monitoring and Measuring for Making Decisions (Diploma in Quality Leadership).
The 9 units in this course are tutor supported and are externally examined. All units are tested by the submission of a 4,500 word assignment.
The assignments are based on the content of the Quality Fundamentals units in the first five Units but in a similar style in subsequent units. Completed assignments may be submitted at any time in the year. The only deadline is that the entire course must be completed within 4 years from the date of submission of the first assignment.
Students will be provided with a purpose made ‘D’ binder large enough to contain all units.
The assignment brief and the accompanying forms can be downloaded from the ‘Additional References’ section of the unit.

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
