Graham Frost has been involved in learning and development since 1996. Before that, he had a long career in customer service where he led teams to excellence.

This resulted in Graham being asked to train others, and he has been enjoying this now for over 20 years. Management is purely about getting the best out of a team, and Graham will help you to do that. He was fortunate enough to have some great role models during his career and they taught him how to help people be the best that they can be. During his career Graham led a programme that won a National Training Award. He is also a member of the Professional Speaking Association.
