    1. Introduction

    Welcome to MakeWay Global. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and the use of our training and consultancy services (“Services”). By engaging with our website or Services, you agree to these Terms.

    MakeWay Global is a UK-based, internationally accredited organisation delivering leadership and executive management programmes to a diverse, global clientele.

     

    1. Definitions

    “Company”, “MakeWay Global”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to MakeWay Consulting Limited (trading as MakeWay Global)
    “Client”, “You”, “Your” – Refers to the individual or organisation engaging our services.
    “Booker” – The party completing the booking on behalf of a participant.
    “Website” – Refers to www.makewayglobal.com..
    “Working Days” – Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays.

     

    1. Services Offered
    • Instructor-led courses (virtual or onsite)
    • Self-paced learning programmes
    • Customised training and consultancy
    • Residential programmes and retreats

     

    1. Pricing and Payments
    • Fees are listed without VAT added where applicable
    • Quotes are valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise
    • Full payment is due on booking unless agreed otherwise
    • Credit card surcharges may apply

     

    1. Course Access and Materials
    • Access details may be sent upon payment
    • Temporary materials provided in case of delays
    • All materials are property of MakeWay Global and cannot be copied or redistributed

     

    1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    MakeWay Global Cancellations:
    Courses may be rescheduled due to illness, low enrolment, or other unforeseen reasons. Alternatives will be offered.

     

    Client Cancellations:

    • 0–30 days prior: 100% fee
    • 31–40 days prior: 75% fee
    • 41–50 days prior: 25% fee
      All cancellations must be in writing. Fees are due immediately.

     

    1. Refunds
    • Refunds may take up to 20 working days
    • Non-refundable items include deposits, banking fees, and exam vouchers
    • Refunds are offset against outstanding payments

     

    1. Suitability and Responsibilities
    • Clients must ensure course suitability prior to booking
    • Clients are responsible for accurate info, secure logins, and attendance
    • All requirements and expectations must be communicated prior to delivery

     

    1. Intellectual Property

    All content and assets are the intellectual property of MakeWay Global. Any use beyond internal reference requires written permission.

     

     

    1. Liability
    • MakeWay Global’s liability is limited to fees paid for Services
    • No responsibility accepted for third-party venue issues
    • Indirect, special, or consequential damages are excluded

     

    1. Privacy and Data Protection

    We process personal data in accordance with our Private Policy, y using our Services, you agree to our data handling practices.

     

    1. Attendance and Admission
    • Non-attendance is treated as cancellation, and no refunds will be made
    • No refunds for partial attendance
    • Admission may be denied for inappropriate conduct

     

    1. Venue and Onsite Training
    • Onsite training requires appropriate equipment and space
    • Trainers’ expenses billed as per agreement
    • Venue changes will be communicated promptly

     

    1. Communications and Recording
    • No video/audio recording permitted without prior written consent
    • No photographs or recordings will be taken by MakeWay Global without verbal approval of the participants

     

    1. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by English law. Legal disputes may be resolved in the jurisdiction relevant to your residence.
