How does a business entity survive and thrive within a changing atmosphere? What should the executives think about to remain on top of their game?

It is no news that organisations have two main thrusts to contend with in order to keep them competitive in business:

1. Maintain day-to-day operations quality;
2. The ability to adapt to changes that spring up

Ability to deal adequately in these areas is vital staying on top.

Quality, in the first point, is described as what the customer desires. The ability of a business to continually satisfy its customers is crucial to its sustainability. Are they able to provide the products and/or services that the customer desires, within the said time and cost?

The second point is viewed as the organisation’s ability to successfully adapt to change. Basically, how will it manage the change that affects it? These changes are either those that are due to its own capabilities, or some other externally induced change, such as regulations.
