Overview
The ILSSI Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a confirmation of your ability to facilitate Lean “kaizen” rapid improvement projects, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a small project team to apply basic Lean principles, tools, and methods to drive process improvements and resolve operational challenges. Your knowledge of Six Sigma and the ability to leverage basic statistics and perform graphical analysis equips you with a robust set of tools for the process improvement projects you will be leading. It is recommended that you complete the required courses in the following order;

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
