Agile Awareness – Half Day Executive Overview
This session is primarily featured as a consultation call that is planned to last in the region of a half day. The discussion also touches on how Agile can be tailored to the organisation’s requirements.
The course is an introduction to Agile and provides an overview of the principles of each of the leading Agile methods; including Scrum, eXtreme Programming, and Lean Software Development. We also explore the business value, cultural change and potential pitfalls associated with Agile adoption.
