Roden started his career as a Project Engineer in 1995 and since then he has been involved in driving and championing global process improvement programmes and initiatives to tight deadlines, using 6 Sigma/Lean Principles, Project/Stakeholder Management, Statistical Process Control, Product certification, CMMI, SPICE/ISO 9001/TickItPlus and Business Process Transformation.
Roden has been a dynamic Professional of Quality Management, Management Consultant, SHE, Business Process Improvement, Project/Change Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management Assessments, Audits, in Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Electronic, Public sector, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and Software Development Processes including Agile/SCRUM frameworks and Lean principles.
He has more than 28 years’ experience in a range of roles i.e. Operations/Quality Management, University Lecturer, People management, Lean Six sigma and Agile/SCRUM product owner/SCRUM Master, and Business Continuity trainer. He has led teams in business improvement projects, process management and software quality in different environments, using TickIt, CMMI level 2/3/4 (including SCAMPI A/B assessments), PRINCE II, ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE – ISO 12207) and ISO 9001:2008 – 15, ISO 14001, OHSA 18001.

Your confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Review it for accuracy and bring it with you to the training venue. Your confirmation verifies your course registration. Seating is limited. Refreshments and training resource kits are included in training fees.
TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
