Overview
This CQI and IRCA Certified QMS course, FD116, is the pre-course requirement for the PT236 – Practitioner Level Internal Auditor course. The FD116 course teaches learners the requirements of ISO 9001, the 8 quality management principles and the process approach. It is suitable for learners who in particular, require an introduction to the ISO 9001 family of standards.
Indicative study time: 7 hours
Assessment: Assignment
Recommended prior knowledge: none required

This Foundation course is for participants requiring an introduction to the ISO 9001 family of standards, especially those involved in the design, implementation and management of a Quality Management System (QMS).

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 7 business days before the programme start date. You may transfer into another training event that will be held before September 30, 2027. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. If you are unable to attend the programme to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. All transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to connect@makewayglobal.com
